Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook the Lo Mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

- Add the carrot, red bell pepper, broccoli, and snow peas, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
