  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, rice flour, water, salt, and black pepper to create a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet, swirling to create a thin crepe. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift.
  4. Crack an egg onto the crepe and spread it evenly; sprinkle with chopped spring onions, grated carrot, bell pepper, and cilantro.
