  • Minced garlic - 2 cloves
  • Fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese (low-fat) - 100 grams
  • Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, chopped carrots, bell pepper, and green onions to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and mix well, cooking for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
