- Green onions - 30 grams, chopped
- Soy sauce - 15 ml

- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps
- In a bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and instant yeast, and let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the vegetable filling. In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat and sauté the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini for about 5 minutes until tender. Stir in the green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Roll each portion into a round shape, about 15 cm in diameter.
- Place the vegetable filling in the center of each dough round and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling to create a sealed pocket, then flatten gently to form a pizza shape.
- Transfer the pizzas to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
