- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cooking spray or olive oil - for brushing
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced carrot, bell pepper, zucchini, green onion, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Take a wonton wrapper and place 1 tablespoon of the vegetable mixture in the center. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- Arrange the filled wontons on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray or brush the wontons with cooking spray or olive oil to promote browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with a dipping sauce of your choice.
