- Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, or until softened, then drain and set aside.
