Ingredients

  • Rice noodles - 200 grams
  • Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Soak the rice noodles in hot water for 10 minutes, or until softened, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the cubed tofu and fry until golden and crispy on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove tofu from the skillet and set aside.
