- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Egg, beaten - 1 large
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
