  • Cooked jasmine rice - 2 cups

  • Bell pepper, diced - 1 medium
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Egg, beaten - 1 large

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add the minced garlic, diced carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
