Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Warm water - 100 ml
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegan cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
  • Green onions (chopped) - 50 grams
  • Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
  • Mushrooms (sliced) - 50 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - for frying

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt, then gradually add warm water while stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  3. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling by mixing the vegan cheese, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. Divide the rested dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread half of the filling mixture over one dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges, then place the second dough circle on top and seal the edges by pressing them together.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Fry the assembled pizza for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
