- Vegan cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Green onions (chopped) - 50 grams
- Bell pepper (diced) - 50 grams
- Mushrooms (sliced) - 50 grams
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - for frying
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt, then gradually add warm water while stirring until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, prepare the filling by mixing the vegan cheese, chopped green onions, diced bell pepper, sliced mushrooms, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Divide the rested dough into two equal portions and roll each portion into a thin circle on a floured surface.
- Spread half of the filling mixture over one dough circle, leaving a small border around the edges, then place the second dough circle on top and seal the edges by pressing them together.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Fry the assembled pizza for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot, garnished with additional chopped green onions if desired.
