- sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for topping)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
