  • water - 50 milliliters
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - a pinch
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for topping)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, water, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth batter forms.
