- Sesame seeds - 30 grams
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- Gradually add water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Divide the dough into small balls, about 20 grams each.
- Flatten each ball slightly in your palm and place a small amount of brown sugar in the center, then wrap the dough around it to seal.
- Roll each filled ball in the sesame seeds until well-coated.
- Place the sesame balls on the prepared baking tray and brush the tops lightly with melted coconut oil.
