- Hoisin sauce - 4 tablespoons
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).

- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Toss the tofu slices in this mixture until well coated.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the tofu slices until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Arrange the crispy tofu slices over the hoisin sauce, followed by the sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle the remaining hoisin sauce on top and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, slice, and serve hot.
