Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions or roll out your homemade dough on a floured surface to fit a pizza pan.
- Crumble the firm tofu into small pieces and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
