  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture for about 15 minutes, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a marinade.
  3. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
