- Cabbage - 100 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 1 small, grated
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili paste - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Vegan cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - for garnish
- Olive oil - for drizzling
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220 degrees Celsius (428 degrees Fahrenheit).
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the crumbled tofu, shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet. Stir in the soy sauce and chili paste (if using), cooking for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tofu and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the vegan cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the top for extra flavor.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
