  • Firm tofu - 150 grams, cubed
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Baby spinach - 50 grams
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Vegetable broth - 100 ml
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha - 1 tablespoon (adjust for spice)
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed tofu and cook until slightly golden, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in mushrooms, bell pepper, carrot, and spinach. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, Sriracha, and cornstarch. Pour this mixture over the vegetables and tofu. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  7. Spread the hot pot mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven, and garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro before slicing.
