  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth - 100 ml
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the spaghetti or rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable broth to the pan, stirring well to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them in the garlic sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
