- Vegetable broth - 100 ml
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the spaghetti or rice noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, and vegetable broth to the pan, stirring well to combine. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
