Ingredients

  • Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into small florets
  • Green Onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and broccoli florets to the pan, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan and pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  6. Toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
