- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Rinse the Chinese broccoli under cold water and trim the ends, then cut the stalks into 5 cm pieces and separate the florets.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the Chinese broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the stalks are tender but still crisp.
