  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Green onions - 30 grams, chopped
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Hoisin sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a 12-inch (30 cm) round pizza shape.
