Steps
- Clean the shiitake and king oyster mushrooms, then slice them into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a slurry and set aside.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
