- Glutinous rice flour - 100 grams

- Black sesame paste - 50 grams
- Maple syrup - 20 grams
- Powdered sugar - 15 grams
- Coconut oil - 10 grams
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - a pinch
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, powdered sugar, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the water, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until you form a smooth dough.
