- Green onion - 2, sliced

Steps
- In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
- Add the chopped lemongrass, sliced galangal, torn kaffir lime leaves, and smashed bird's eye chili to the boiling water.
- Reduce the heat and let the broth simmer for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and diced tomato to the pot, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
