- Firm tofu - 150g, cubed
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Broccoli florets - 100g
- Green onion - 2, chopped
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted (for garnish)
Steps
- Cook the tofu noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for about 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked tofu noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
