Ingredients

  • Tofu noodles - 200g
  • Firm tofu - 150g, cubed
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100g
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Red chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Cook the tofu noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the sliced bell pepper and broccoli florets, cooking for about 5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked tofu noodles to the pan along with the soy sauce, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
