- Firm tofu - 200 grams
- Button mushrooms - 150 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into 2.5 cm cubes.
- Clean the button mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and black pepper.
- Add the tofu and mushroom cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Thread the marinated tofu and mushrooms onto the skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is golden and the mushrooms are tender.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
