  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh coriander - a handful, chopped
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground yak meat to the pan, followed by soy sauce, black pepper, cumin powder, and salt. Cook until the meat is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
