Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Warm water - 100 milliliters
  • Salt - 5 grams
  • Baking powder - 5 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 15 milliliters
  • Fresh scallions - 100 grams, finely chopped
  • Black pepper - 2 grams
  • Sesame oil - 5 milliliters
  • Soy sauce - 15 milliliters
  • Ground cumin - 2 grams

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Gradually add warm water while stirring to form a dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the chopped scallions, black pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ground cumin.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a flat circle, about 1 cm thick.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
  7. Place one dough circle in the skillet. Spread half of the scallion mixture evenly on top.
  8. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
  9. Repeat the process with the second portion of dough and remaining scallion mixture.
  10. Once both pizzas are cooked, slice and serve hot.
