- Warm water - 100 milliliters
- Salt - 5 grams
- Baking powder - 5 grams
- Vegetable oil - 15 milliliters
- Fresh scallions - 100 grams, finely chopped
- Black pepper - 2 grams
- Sesame oil - 5 milliliters
- Soy sauce - 15 milliliters
- Ground cumin - 2 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Gradually add warm water while stirring to form a dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chopped scallions, black pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, and ground cumin.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and roll each into a flat circle, about 1 cm thick.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little vegetable oil.
- Place one dough circle in the skillet. Spread half of the scallion mixture evenly on top.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
- Repeat the process with the second portion of dough and remaining scallion mixture.
- Once both pizzas are cooked, slice and serve hot.
