Ingredients

  • Green onion - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  2. Using a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice grains, then set aside.
  3. Finely chop the garlic, red bell pepper, and green onion.
