  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Carrot (shredded) - 1 small
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the tofu cubes with the teriyaki sauce, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
  4. While the tofu is marinating, prepare the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, stretching it into a round shape to fit your pizza stone or baking sheet.
