- Teriyaki sauce - 60 ml

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water for 30 minutes if wooden)
Steps
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Clean the mushrooms and slice the Portobello mushrooms into thick pieces. Leave the Shiitake mushrooms whole.
