  • Brown sugar - 30 grams
  • Rice vinegar - 15 ml
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the zucchini into 1/2-inch thick rounds or long strips for grilling.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the teriyaki marinade.
