- Coriander - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Prepare the tea smoking mixture by combining black tea leaves, rice, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Place the duck breasts skin-side down in a shallow dish and rub with soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
- In a wok or a heavy skillet, add the tea smoking mixture and heat over medium heat until it starts to smoke.
- Place a rack over the smoking mixture and lay the marinated duck breasts on the rack, skin-side up. Cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil and smoke for about 15-20 minutes.
- Once smoked, remove the duck breasts and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing them thinly.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, chopped coriander, lime juice, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt to create the slaw.
- Toast the burger buns lightly on a skillet or grill.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a generous amount of slaw on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the sliced smoked duck, and top with the other half of the bun.
