Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, five-spice powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate the duck breasts in this mixture for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- In a separate bowl, combine green tea leaves, rice, and brown sugar to prepare the smoking mixture.
