- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Bao buns - 4 pieces
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Coriander leaves - a handful, for garnish
- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
