Ingredients

  • Water - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Peel and chop the taro into small cubes, then steam for about 20 minutes until soft.
  2. In a small pot, combine the agar-agar powder with 100 ml of water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until dissolved.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the steamed taro until smooth, then mix in the coconut milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the dissolved agar-agar mixture into the taro mixture and stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mold or small cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
