Ingredients

  • Sweet potato - 200 grams
  • All-purpose flour - 80 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Zucchini - 50 grams, diced
  • Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes - 60 grams, halved
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potato, then steam or boil until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the sweet potato and mash it in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Add the all-purpose flour, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the mashed sweet potato. Mix well to form a dough.
  5. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a round shape, about 1cm thick.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the crust is slightly golden.
