- Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
- Zucchini - 50 grams, diced
- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 60 grams, halved
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Peel and cube the sweet potato, then steam or boil until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
