- Five-spice powder - 1 tsp

- Sweet chili sauce - 2 tbsp

- Red onion, thinly sliced - 50g
Steps
- Prepare the pizza dough according to package instructions or your favorite recipe, allowing it to rest for 20 minutes.
- While the dough is resting, cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, five-spice powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the cornstarch mixture until well covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat, and fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
