  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
