  • Garlic (minced) - 3 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili bean paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Set aside for 10 minutes.
