  • Coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lettuce - 100 grams, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon, crushed
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon (adjust to taste)
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, chili oil, sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing. Set aside.
  2. In a pot of boiling water, cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
