- Broccoli - 100 grams, cut into florets
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 inch piece, minced
- Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
- Dried red chili peppers - 3, or to taste
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, sliced for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced pork with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar for about 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add Szechuan peppercorns and dried red chili peppers, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
