  • Soy sauce (kosher) - 2 tablespoons
  • Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

  • Scallions - 2, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken, soy sauce, cornstarch, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate for 15 minutes.

  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cooked through and slightly browned.
  4. Add minced garlic, ginger, and sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot) to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Stir in chili paste and water, cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
