Steps

- Add minced garlic, ginger, and sliced vegetables (red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and carrot) to the skillet, stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in chili paste and water, cooking for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped scallions before serving.
