  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the Szechuan peppercorns and dried red chilies to the oil, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté for another 30 seconds until aromatic.

  5. Stir in the sliced red and green bell peppers, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
