- Cucumber (thinly sliced) - 1/2
- Pickled carrots - 50 grams

Steps
- In a small pan, toast the Szechuan peppercorns over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, then grind them into a powder.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground Szechuan peppercorns, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, chili paste, and chopped scallions. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties, about 1.5 cm thick.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the burger buns by toasting them lightly on a separate pan or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun, then add a lettuce leaf, followed by the cooked patty.
- Top each burger with sliced cucumber, pickled carrots, and a drizzle of Sriracha sauce.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
