  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber, julienned - 1 small
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 small
  • Spring onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Cook the Chinese wheat noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process.
