  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon, crushed
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Lettuce leaves - 4 large, for serving
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the dressing.
