- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon, crushed
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, minced ginger, crushed Szechuan peppercorns, chili paste, soy sauce, chopped green onions, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
