  • Szechuan peppercorns - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, rice vinegar, and a pinch of salt and black pepper for 15 minutes.
