- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice - 15 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, Szechuan peppercorns, chili paste, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, lemon juice, vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
