Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into even-sized sticks, about 1 cm thick.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, maple syrup, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar to create the marinade.
- Add the carrot sticks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
