  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Green onion - 2, chopped
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves - a handful, for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, all-purpose flour, water, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. On a floured surface, roll out the sweet potato dough into a round pizza shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the sliced bell pepper and mushrooms with a splash of soy sauce for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.
  6. Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the sweet potato crust.
